A. Dictation Capture
Dictation mode can be a hand held digital recorder, PDA or a telephone.
Doctor can dictates on hand held digital recorder. The recorder is placed in a cradle connected to a computer and to the Internet. Dictation is recorded and converted to voice file in digital format.
B. Voice File Upload
The voice files are automatically removed from the recorder and uploaded to our secure servers within seconds. Phone dictations are routed directly to our servers.
C. Assign Jobs
Jobs can be pre-assigned to MT by Administrators. Doctors and assistants can set STAT jobs for priority job allocation. Thus the corresponding specific jobs with priority are automatically allocated to pre-assigned MT pool.
D. Transcribe Jobs
MT login into secure sever and receives the pre-assigned Jobs and transcribes and release to QA or Doctor.
E. Transcribed File Upload
Completed transcribed job is automatically uploaded to server and routed to QA or to Doctor. Copies can be automatically forwarded to referring doctors.
F. Job Editing and Review Online
The transcription manager or Doctor can review and edit jobs online. Doctors can approve job after review and editing is complete which can be done online.
G. Job Printing and Storing
Completed transcriptions jobs are automatically printed on location and stored for future reference. Files are archived for future reference.
